Inner Spaces invites you to enter the cool shadows of the cavernous Widow Jane Mine, a half submerged remnant of the industrial age that has evolved into an underground cathedral of the arts.
Inner Spaces weaves opera, new music and improvisation, spoken word, painting, photography, video and installation into a singular visceral performance.
Visionary artists of Inner Spaces are united by a common thread, one that cuts across multi-cultural differences and is forged by an unwavering commitment to delve deeper into what lies below the surface. This uncompromising artistic stance moves beyond the easily accessible and reaches for the hidden and sublime.
Inner Spaces is an open invitation for everyone to “talk a walk into the mountain” and to share with the artists this quest for creative realization and transformation.
